Hawo HW-MILL1 Review: Hawo's Grain Mill (HM-MILL). I had to rate this mill four stars as it is so absolutely beautiful and durably built. The woodwork of the case is absolutely gorgeous and the mechanicals of the mill are like a finely made Rolls Royce. It breaks my heart that when I tested the flour produced against my less expensive mills (a Nutrimill and a Fidibus Classic) I found it to be much more coarse and grainy.
