Rubie's Costume Co 49954 Review: Harry Potter McGonagall's Hat with Feather. First, let me say that the hat that arrived does NOT look like the one in the picture. The hat is very floppy, the feather is sparse and crooked, and the lovely green checkered band seen in the photo is actually a plain, flat colored cheap fabric. For the money, I expected a better product.
